remoteapp not in list of authorized programs

hello,

we have multiple session host servers.  are trying publish app when try access app client following error message , app not open:

"remoteapp not in list of authorized programs"

is program listed in remoteapp programs list? 

try enable checkbox allow users start unlisted programms. see step 5 here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733043.aspx

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
