ADFS 3.0 rule to block MS outlook Access to Office 365 from External Network

hi,

i have block ms outlook 2010 , 2013 , 2016 access office 365 external network, activesync must continue access internet.

outlook 2016 configured use adal modern authentication.

what custom rules can configured on adfs accomplish need?

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
