RDS Session redirector is not reditecting to VM Pool

we have setup environment 1 machine.
rds-v - rds web access, redirector
rdsvh - rds virtual host

vm pool has windows xp sp3 3 machine.

i have configured unable login vm. shows waking machine.

please try rdc virtual machines directly. in test, virtual pool used, may not know 1 target of problematic access, may need try 3 machines.

 

if direct access correct, means virtual machines ready virtual host fails redirect access vm. in scenario, please check service remote desktop virtualization host agent on hyper-v host server , try restart it. if not restarted correctly, please restart server , check issue again.

 

if direct access not successful, need check vm’s status , rds-v configurations in following troubleshooting process:

1. if manually starting the vm the hyper-v host, is it successful?

2. if shutting down vms and restart it, result?

besides, we don't recommend to host all the rds roles on when server when using rds-v. may cause virtualization pool fail work according following thread:

please use seprate servers host hyper-v host and other roles.
