RemoteFX VM: display driver has stopped working

i running vm in hyper-v windows 7 enterprise sp1 rtm on both client , vm. server running 2008 r2 sp1 rtm. vm has remotefx enabled. client uses dual monitors , set use both monitors remote session. works fine, vm freezes couple of seconds, , reports display driver has stopped working , has recovered. freezing gets worse, , vm bluescreens.

the kb article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2501816/en-us describes similar, not identical, issue. problem not occur when leave vm idle, while working it. lead me suspect issue related multiple monitors, though (furthermore, issue has never occurred on other machines, use single monitor setup). tried solution in article, has had no effect. have changing  video cards in both server , client.

to identify root cause of problem, need analyze dump file generated when problem occurs. unfortunately, cannot analyze dump in forum. troubleshoot problem efficiently, suggest speak directly microsoft support professional crash dump can analyzed.
