Integrating a Domain controller into a small office setup

so am:

i trying integrate windows 2012 server can use domain controller in our office , run active directory it, group policy, wsus, microsoft deployments , windows deployment toolkits etc.

however because our current mitel 3300 phone system sets phone dhcp don't want mess current network arrangement up.

this internal structure:

our internet router's ip address 172.16.21.1

mitel 3300 box ip address 192.168.10.10

default gateway 192.168.0.1

so our ip phones sit on subnet of 192.168.10.xxx , our pc's grab ip's such 192.168.0.xxx 192.168.0.254.

what should set dhcp settings on domain controller see pc's on current network, , or dns settings new this.

are devices on same backbone 2 different subnets on it?

are phone , computer both dhcp clients i.e. no have static addresses?

in server 2012 r2 dhcp have ability rules  phones can ip addresses phone system , computers can ip addresses domain controller.

are sure phone system dhcp both and not firewall? 2 network adapters? or phone system 1 , firewall dhcp?

typically if phone system giving out dhcp need 2 ip addresses , interfaces able host both subnets.
