exchange 2003 system manager windows 2003 r2 sp2 x64

i using exchange system manager on windows 2003 x32 have got new box windows 2003 r2 x64 bit .i unable install exchange system manager(management console) due compatibility issue. there workaround make install in x64 bit operating system?

no cannot install esm on 64 bit os.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
