What would be the best NIC Teaming configuration for Host with 4 Nics and 2 Hyper-v VMs on it.

can me scenario.

i got new hp server  4 nics on it. installed windows 2012 r2 , plan set host hyper-v , to  create 2  vms in scratch. 1 going domain controller , other 1 file server.

the domain controller pretty small 100 gb , 50 users authenticating on file server 1 tb , same users pulling data it.

the switch tp-link 10gbe unmanaged switch:

what best nic teaming configuration speed in scenario? without buying more hardware.

at end of day backup exec 2014 backing host 2 vms on it.

doesn't sound need speed smallness of environment talking about.  and, if have single network switch, teaming not going provide you.  if goes down, access down.
