USB problem on my dell poweredge sc430

hello

the server dell poweredge sc 430 running windows server 2003 sp1. problem ubs ports doesnt work. thougth physical usb port , got pci/usb card nothing

this server doesnt have ps/2 port can acces server using remote desktop

while investigating read sp2 may solve usb problem read sp2 has problem remote desktop services can solve later patch

if upgrate , the usb problem doesnt fixed wont have mouse , keyboard in pc im , not have desktop remote way im accessing server

 

does knows how fix usb ports without updating sp2 or has has problem , updating service pack 2 solved it??

i thougth buy pci-ps/2 card can use ps/2 mouse , keyboard

any apreciated , sorry bad english

i suspect administrators limit function on server, recommend contact administrator of computer in place. understanding.
