machine administration


i need give network users administrative permissions on normal work machines can install/remove applications on thier own systems not administrative privaleges domain administrators. need do? have 8 systems in domain using windows small business server 2008 domain controller.

on system running 8 computer dont know if worth effort... have written lengthy blog post on how use group policy preferences grant administrator access granularly particular users still use group policy keep groups locked down.
