Enable Macros via Powershell

i have powershell script creates excel file, , within runs macro embed oleobject.  this going used field engineers , therefore on different computers.  to run script, macro settings need set to "enable macros..." , "trust access vba project object model." 

is there way can incorporated powershell script? ideally activated , deactivated @ end.

i suspect can't automated, , need done manually run script.

any suggestions appreciated.

now think security implications of that.  make sense.

these settings maintained in a  secure store encrypted registry.

try posting in vba developer forum see if knows of tool can this.
