Windows 2008 Hardening

hi,

we have installed windows 2008 server (64 bit).now want do hardening of binaries moving them other loaction on server.but can not do same because if moved or deleted binaries it's orignal location automatically appered again.binaries movement is possible in windows 2003 server by moving binaries other location & deleting form dllcache. (like...net.exe,ipconfig.exe,nslookup.exe).

required regarding same windows 2008.

i afraid moving system files other location not recommended solution security hardening.
