Server too Busy using ASP CLASSIC - IIS 7.5 (GOOD HARDWARE)

hi all!

experiencing problems more 5 years , have changed our hardware  try solved , still having same issues.

well. let me try explain it:

when 200 or more users connects in our server, iis frozen , when page frozen, if open page in same server, page run instantaneously.. so  queue or that.

i've done print screens and  wanted help.. please don't know else do..

looking solution, we've done changes in  sessionviewsize, sessionpoolsize using regedit , still same problem

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
