Group policy to disable built-in heading styles in Outlook by default

i have adm templates 2007 installed there doesn't seem entry under word or outlook this, have ideas?  i found unanswered thread 2010 same thing of googling has got me today.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
