Adding another domain to an existing forest

firstly let me appologise potentially posting in wrong area.

we have exsting domain shall domaina.local , computers on site connected domain , well.

the existing company split new company , move second site. on site have new system shall call domainb.local have whole load of new computers joined new domain.

the question is, users domaina want roam on domainb , vice versa.

we'd username@domaina.local able go login computer credentials @ computer on site b , vice versa , able access network folders if on home site. presume there needs sort of trust relaishonship (as obvious connection) etc.

can point way please reading , research etc.
