Setting up Virtual Servers

hi,

i have been reading virtualization day , there not alot of information being released how correctly configure it.

we have ibm blade centre here have installed server 2008 enterprise first blade , added hyper-v role good. blade attached san.

1 ) if want run virtual servers otehr 13 blades have install server 2008 core servers , manage first server?

2) take can use san virtual hard disk , storing virtual machine?

is correct or have got wrong completely?

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
