Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop - Users unable to view published application

hello,

i have windows 2008 r2 64-bit standard edition server i've enabled remote desktop services (formerly terminal services).  i've published simple application (calculator).

i give user in domain access application using remote desktop web access he's unable see published application.  added user adminstrators group on server , yet he's unable see it.

domain admin users , local administrators able see application - users domain unable.  has come across this?  appreciate feedback.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
