Which KMS keys are needed?

currently have windows 2008 r2 machines acting kms servers.  we have installed our key volume_kms_r2_b channel.  with our campus agreement able activate windows 7 enterprise machines kms not want activate windows server on per machine license.  now windows 8 available want our kms activate windows 7 , windows 8 plus have a separate key office 2010.  when we originally setup kms replaced our windows 2008 r2 mak windows 2008 r2 kms key code.  was right procedure , if replace current kms code new windows 8 or windows 2012 kms code after hotfix applied?

the volume_kms_r2_b channel activate windows server 2008 , windows server 2008 r2 machines well.

to activate windows 8 clients windows server 2008 r2 kms host need install update , use windows server 2012 kms host key.

if not want activate windows server machines, need make windows 8 machine kms host.

the kms host key hierarchical activate @ level plus lower editions , lower versions.

since host windows server machine, server kms host key has used ( cannot install client kms host key on server machine)

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
