Unable to add any printer driver

hi,

we not able add print driver though cleaned spooler data , several actions. when click on “finish” button below error message.

can 1 ?

unable install agfa-accuset v52.3, windows 2000, windows xp , windows server 2003, x86 driver. operation not completed.

this server has been working quiet long time , got request install print driver. while doing encounter these errors.

 

we used cleanspl.exe , tried – no use

we removed drivers under spool folder no use.

this server in corporate environment , protected viruses, malware , trojans (we not allwed install suggested tools see thing...)

anti-virus (mcafee) updated latest.

replaced ntprint.inf – no use

removed cached pnf files no use.

remove , re-install sp2 (win2003) no use.

no events triggered error or information messages related this.

used procmon.exe (sysinternals) no discrepancies observed in traces.

this did not how, managed figure out issue other way.

i copied exported printer hive in registry machine , imported bad machine worked. again responses.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
