need help using fax server on windows 2008 r2

hi,

i installed fax server on windows 2008 rt, using server try send fax,

but dont know how use it.

in address field called to:  put fax number , write message , when press send, nothing happens, , in sent box nothing present.

should configure dialing rule able send fax???

its set none. 

also dont have fax device or modem. using standard broadband connection.

also how can find out fax number now????
