Microsoft PKI Certificate Yield Sign on Subject Alternative Name
hey know why have yellow yield sign on subject alternative name in pki cert? followed ms instrructions create template, request web certificate, input dns san instructed. have other certificates have same dns san have blue arrow on them indicating fine. how start troubleshoot this?

hi rhonda,
the yield sign means extension marked critical extension. (the blue down arrow non-critical extension). per rfc 5280, if subject of certificate empty , san populated , marked critical, trusting application must know contents of extension (the san in case) mean.
this not scenario troubleshoot, fine
