Certificate Template on 2008 standard DC

hi all,

i'm having problem certificate templates.  figured out it's because i'm using server 2008 standard can't duplicate existing template create v2 cert template won't work on standard server.  i'm trying figure out how use existing template perhaps...or i'm open other ideas.

basically i'm trying implement nap.  i'm following article:

and few other ms articles.  wants me duplicate workstation authentication template because has client authentication.  has me add system health authentication. 

i tried adding these extensions existing templates (ipsec) it's grayed out.

you can use isolation rule type implement domain isolation kerberos.
