Offline files and group Policy, does not work Windows 2008 and Windows 7


have made gpo policy mobile users contain 2 users. on user #1's laptop, enable offline files greyed out , disabled. tried gpupdate /force , several restarts of laptop. gpo applied computer configuration -> network/offline files -> background sync enabled; prevent use of offline files folder disabled; sync offline files before logging off , on - enabled. applied under user configuration policies -> prevent use of offline files folder - disabled please assist.

which folders encountering issue? redirected folders available offline default.
