Problems with alignment when printing a mail merge envelope in Word 2013

i using mail merge in word 2013 print approximately 100 envelopes, size #10 landscape (9.5" x 4.12"), return , recipient address.  when goes print, alignment wrong: prints recipient address @ "top" of envelope, , return address cut off.  have set correctly in document file , can preview each 1 of envelopes.  looks great on screen, envelopes not print correctly.

i have verified word's printer feed method (by going envelopes > feed > printing options) matches how blank envelopes sitting in printer tray.  have verified in both word , on printer setup #10 envelope correct paper shape/size.  have verified document's orientation (landscape) , margins.  however, envelopes still not print in alignment how appear on screen.  i've tried changing printer feed method , position of envelope, prints same way every time -- regardless of feed direction choose in word.  recipient address high on envelope, , return address cut off.

on hunch, inserted plain sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper , printed "envelope" on that.  sure enough, word prints document if envelope glued upper right corner of sheet of paper.  (as in, if attached #10 envelope upper right corner of sheet of paper, of fields correctly aligned.)

how fix , envelopes print correctly?  please remember have tried changing printer feed method (the direction envelopes go printer) on word, has no effect on how document ends printing.

thank help!
