Novell to AD Migration

i have domain east.acme.com novell. need migrate domain extant acme.com ad forest , retain east.acme.com domain name.

 

does have experience in executing migration? feel have ask before conscript microsoft consulting.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
