Missing settings available in a regular GPO, when creating a Starter GPO - such as Rename Administrator/Guest account, Restricted Groups

y'all,

i'm looking @ automating gpo creation , try utilize starter gpos common settings done on ous , customize afterwards necessary.

i'm not getting concepts right , apologize that.

what try achieve rename administrator , guest accounts , set restricted groups. while starting common set of configuration, set on higher level ou standard gpo, want configure these or enable people reconfigure these based on ou requirements.

so i'm missing computer configuration : policies : windows settings : security settings : local policies/security options branch when trying edit starter gpo.

can point me in right direction?

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
