Windows Event ID 34113 Unable to create a snapshot of virtual machine

i running backup exec on windows 2008 r2, 64 bit server, , backup jobs continually failing due problem vss service on server.  should noted vss system writer continually failing on server.  have found reference hotfix problem, have been unable find download , install.  can tell me need fix volume shadow copy services on server?

you may try update windows server 2008 r2 service pack 1 , check result. previous released windows updates , hotfixes included in service pack 1 windows server 2008 r2. more information, please refer following link:
