[W2k3] Effect replication on performance DC ?

if use 2 dc's (both w2k3), has replication between them effect on performance of dc's?

hello,

this depends on amount of changes on dcs, replication occurs every 180 minutes between dcs except urgent replication password changes. after initial promotion , replication there not that performance used. depends on amount of changes have in domain.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
