static NAT configuration?

ok, preface question disclaimer know it's weird, i'd find workaround configuration using rras/nat if can.  my alterative re-address 1 of racks, avoid if @ possible because logistical nightmare.

have following setup....

bunch of servers in rack 1, on backup network 192.168.10.0/22.

server1 = 192.168.10.1/22,   server2=192.168.10.2/22,   server3=192.168.10.3/22 (you idea).  about 20 servers in all

servers in rack 2, on backup network 192.168.10.0/22 - different 192.168.10.0/22 rack 1.  seperate switch , everything.  the 2 racks not see each other on backup network.

server1 = 192.168.10.1/22,   server2=192.168.10.2/22,   server3=192.168.10.3/22 (same rack1).  about 20 servers in again.

both of these racks directly attached backup media server via infiniband, contains lto5 tape drive, both of these racks.  all of servers within rack connected same infiniband switch, media server plugged in same ib switch - 1 in each rack.  yes, know both racks have same ip scheme, , no cannot combined or see each other in way.  i hoping windows rras nat 'mask' ip addresses of 1 of racks using nat don't have re-address in 1 of racks.  otherwise, if tell backup software backup 19.2168.10.1, it's not going know interface route traffic on since 2 interfaces see same subnet.  but if nat can make server think 192.168.10.1 192.168.10.100, there's no conflict.

can handled rras nat?

many in advance suggestions.

hello

i not know enough rras, couldn't accomplish you're wanting via switch configuration?  (ie vlans)?
