Cannot connect to Session broker server, but can to other servers in Cluster
hi everyone,
right place post. have searched quite bit through forums (not 19000+ pages though), , can't seem find similiar issue.
have searched internet , tried solutions others similiar problem have.
problem:
have 2 servers running server 2008 r2, set remote desktop servers in cluster setup.
the session broker located on second server (this active server has sessions load balanced it). there dns round robin setup
problem: when sessions allowed load balanced on server2, users cannot connect cluster. round robin seems still send sessions first server, , these seem connect fine.
i suspected issue wmi respository, , started. found lot of errors, have been unable fix them.

this seems biggest problem:

i have tried:
winmgmt /resyncperf
winmgmt /verifyrepository
winmgmt /salvagerepository
winmgmt /resetrepository
i have tried registering mof files with
mofcomp <filename.mof>
lastly, disabled wmi service, renamed repository folder, , had rebuild repository.
i got stuck on re registering 'nt authority\system' (i think in components section in administrative tools), not find clear instructions on how go it.
chkdsk found no errors
sfc /scannow found no errors
winmgmt /verifyrepository finds no errors.
i'm hoping here might able steer me in right direction resolved, not want rebuild server hosts connection broker , has on 100 user profiles on it, annoying , finniky lob apps installed, have manually reinstalled each profile.

as far know, rd connection broker, don’t need create cluster add multiple rd session hosts 1 collection, rd connection broker redirect sessions automatically.
