Windows 7 and Windows XP clients user profile management?

hi,

in our domain have xp clients , using couple of default user profiles (not roaming) staff , students. windows 7 cleints on way , wondering how gonna manage profiles? because xp profiles not work on win 7 machines. im gonna do?
