serves missing in terminal services manager

i have 6 w2k sp4 terminal servers.
no longer able see terminal servers within terminal services manager.

see actual ts on, plus few other w2k servers (none of 6 ts's referring too)

remote registry service started on all.

how go getting them back

while not know solution problem is, encourage check http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifecycle to see support life cycle of microsoft products.
you can try see changed (firewall...) in environment.

if you  have extended support contract microsoft these windows 2000 servers, please contact ms technical support.

otherwise, if can on forum (or other), that's great.
