Printer not responding


was having trouble internet. printer had been working fine. isp suggested new router installed new one. printer not work. followed of canon's troubleshooting suggestions no avail except last suggestion on resetting spooling

cannot access spooler file suggested delete files.  suggestions??

according description, understanding printer not responding after changing router. 

please provide more information environment, such as:
1. printer/network architecture.
2. whether printer shared using router, print server, , relate os version.
3. is wireless connected or cable connected.
4. detail error messages.

1. on problematic client, open services, manually stop print spooler service.
2. delete files in printers folder located @ “c:\windows\system32\spool\printers
3. re-start print spooler service , check result. 

besides, problem happened after changing router, please make sure printer correctly connect network/router.
