Issue about connecting via RDP in server 2016 TP2

i'm having difficulties on trying connect server.

i figured firewall inbound/outbound port rules, , allowed rdp private/public  networks.

however, got message says "credentals not working."

i tried windows 10/windows 7.

please try disable firewall temporarily on server check whether issue caused firewall rules.

regarding error message “credentials not working”, if using domain user account log on, please ensure domain name included within credentials. if using local user account, may try log on using format “.\username”.

in addition, may create new user account , add remote desktop users group on server, test new account remote desktop connection.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
