Is Server 2008 standard accessable via terminal services (admin only) on computers not connected to the domain?

is server 2008 standard accessable via terminal services (admin only) on computers not connected domain , if how can achieved?

hi,

may depends on domain security settings. if ipsec or other security settings enabled in domain, cannot connect ts server remotely.  if didn’t configure networking restriction policies, can connect it.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
