external hard disk & pen drive detect problem with win 2003 ent

dear sir,

i installed dual os in system 1 windows 7 pro & 2 windows server 2003 enterprise.

first install windows server 2003 enterprise install windows 7 pro working fine have

problem in win 2003 srv when plug any external hard disk & pen drive give message "found new hardware"  and "you have successfully install drive" but no 1 drive shown in computer

problem disk or drive detect not shown 

 

please me problem

run mounvol /r

 

now plug usb drive. should resolve issue.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
