Allow application use by member of group --- deny others

hi all,

i have application due license may used 1 member of group @ time.

i greated group , populated authorized users. installed application on server , since 1 user @ time use loaded executable on single machine. 

i tried using:gpmc, gpo, software restrictions , new software restriction policies, security levels... either user may use (unrestricted default), or no user may use it(disallowed default). 

how can use group policy grant access/execution member of group , deny others?

thanks , advice...

is security on executabl? if remove users security properties , add:

• administrators - full access
• system - full access
• "the user needs assess" - read + execute

if group not specified wont have access.
