server 2008 explorer crashes when going into control panel

i have newly installed windows server 2008 installation 32 bit running service pack 2 , latest updates, whenever go control panel explorer.exe crashes.

according description, find seems application crash issue , need analyze crash dump file narrow down root cause of issue. unfortunately, not effective debug crash dump file here in forum. therefore, suggest contact microsoft customer service , support (css) via telephone dedicated support professional can assist request.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
