TS print, error code 0x5

some users has problem print terminal server. problem on machines not in users.

if log in terminal server see local printers , printers mapped on terminal server. able print local computer local printers or terminal server printers localy mapped on terminal server. not able print throu terminal session terminal server local printers.

i able print terminal server local printers if make terminal connections different computers.

the print spooler failed delete file c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\00058.shd, error code 0x5. see event user data context information.

have redirect printer in rdp session? can see printer presented in device , printer in session?

remote desktop services in windows server 2008 r2 supports redirection of additional supported plug , play devices. however, there many devices not covered these redirections, such scanners, multifunction printers, webcams, , more.

in addition, may check following article deploy printer redirection terminal services.
