WSUS client update

we have wsus set on our network, after updating our base client image latest microsoft updates (via microsoft), new computers image will not communicate wsus server.  updates microsoft fine.  impression update client has been changed, wsus has not been updated acknowledge new client.  suggestions?

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
