the user account may not have enough permission run fax service. in order let other users run fax services, please perform following steps:
logon server administrator account. in fax services manager, right-click fax , choose properties.
in security tab, choose 'add' button add user , grand permissions run fax services, chick 'advanced', double-click proper user item.
in 'permission entry fax' dialogue, click items in allow column , close dialogue.
please check if fax device has been shared machines.
