Team interfaces for a Team have the same MAC address

hi all,

 maybe knows why when creating additional team interfaces (more one) team(switch independent/address hash), team interfaces have same mac address?

the mac address team  interfaces 1 of phynics.

you set mac address in advanced properties team. see nic teaming links windows server 2012:

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
