Problem printing hyper-links - the underline does not show up when they are printed

i have 2 users in our word processing dept both run word 2010 on windows 7 pro workstations.

hyper-links show correctly when on screen when print document hyper-link underline not show on printout.  when click print underline temporarily disappears(on screen) document after few seconds shows again.  strange.  have not found solution problem.  have wordperfect installed on these systems , prints hyper-links fine.  printing canon c5235a printers.  have tried updating driver did not correct issue.  have tried different canon too.  other users word 2010 , word 2003 can print hyper-links theses same printers fine.  there setting or conflict these 2 users causing issue.  please me correct this.  doesn't sound important is.    thanks

update:  have tried using insert, hyperlink option.  word knows hyper-link because can ctrl+click link , open in web browser.  not print hyperlink or @ least removes underline.

update 2: tried http://shaunakelly.com/word/formatting/change-the-colour-or-remove-the-underline-from-hyperlinks-in-microsoft-word.html still doesn't work.  hyper-link shows on screen appears formatting dropped when print it.  other computers print hyperlinks fine word 2010.

i have determined causing problem.  when went in disable acrobat add-in there add-in installed editing engineering specs.  if disable add-in problem goes away.  not word or adobe instead little used spec editing add-in.

i contact vendor , see if there update add-in or if can disabled permanently.

moral of story:  disable add-ins if having weird issues see if helps.
