hyperv network issue

hi

i have windows 2008r2 server running hyperv, ive created 2 vms both 2008 r2 enterprise, 1 vm has network connection & can connect our corporate domain, other 1 not connect, network settings both vms same.

the physical server has 4 teamed network cards.

integration services installed automatically windows server 2008 r2 vms.

when "exactly same", elaborate?  obviously, if "exactly same", 1 able communicate on network , other not.  is, unless using dhcp , calling settings same.  bottom line, need more detailed information how have things configured, in vms , virtual network switches connected.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
