How do I export WSUS updates from a WSUS server to a network that isn't attached to the internet?

how export wsus updates wsus server connected internet to network has wsus server that isn't attached internet? connecting internet isn't option.

wsusutil /export , /import looking for:
http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/cc720466%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

although, complete... wsusutil export/import tool half of necessary procedure.

and if other half not done correctly, can make colossal mess out of disconnected wsus server. :-)

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
