DHCP is not working after installing the ISA 2004

hello all
need help!

have windows 2003 server act dc, dhcp server , dns server.
when install isa 2004 on it, clients cannot ip address , whole communication went out.
remove isa server, clients can communication normal server.

please me , point out me in direction, made mistake

in advance

i confiugred , working me!

i configured rules in state dhcp request internal network local host should allowed , dhcp replies local host internal allowed. , working should be!

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
