ipsec qmsecmethods, support aes?

specifies encryption algorithm. configalg can des (data encryption standard), 3des, or none.

the first link applies to: windows server 2003, windows server 2003 r2, windows server 2003 sp1, windows server 2003 sp2

xp/2003 not support aes ipsec , cannot accept new "windows firewall advanced security" group policy settings.
