Hyper-V Virtual Domain Controller Server : Going on/offline constantly.

everyone,

i have hyper-v virtual domain controller (server 2012) started going offline randomly first of week.  tuesday opened ticket microsoft, of has not helped ...i feel tossed around between network/backup/fileshare teams.  no offense meant, can't call bit frustrated. 

the host online 100%, no outtages or downtime.  i have other virtuals on host working 100%.  this dc, going down time, , it's not dependable @ all. 

do have suggestions @ causing this?   i'm open suggestion/help.  

troubleshooting i've tried:

i moved dc off onboard nic thinking overloaded, , installed dedicated nic updated drivers/etc.  on new/dedicated nic, same thing.  

thoughts?  i'm @ mercy guys.  my next step start over.  i don't want if @ possible. 

are there interesting eventlog entries in either host or virtual machine? given not seeing issues other virtual machine - suspect there wrong inside virtual machine, rather outside.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
