How to block Mobile/Cell phone mass storage devices?

i have server 2012 domain services installed , gpo configured clients not use mass storage devices pen drive or usb disks. got shocked when 1 of user plugged cell phone , got phone installed mass storage device , able copy/move data cell phone. when put usb disk policy works great usb hard disk cell storage bypass policy. can please guide me block cell phone storage via gpo?

if want block mobile phone, configure setting wpd devices: deny read access , wpd devices: deny write access.

you configure setting under computer configuration , user configuration.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
