Migrate CALs from 2003 to 2008 r2

greetings!

scenario in our company:

old 2003 dc licensing server shutdown (read: formatted) soon. has role of being licensing server , has 2000 , 2003 cals. idea was/is make our new 2008 r2 dc new licensing server.

following url have mentioned @ beging of post, able deactivate old license server (with ms telephone support) , able active licensing server on 2008 r2. i'm stucked export/import cals old 2003 server 2008 r2 server.

the ms technican support did not had knowledge how that. don't believe d ont have 2000 , 2003 cal license physical on paper anywhere , place 2003 old server, soo how can move them 2003 server new 2008 r2 licensing server?

if want transfer 2000, 2003 ts cals 2008 r2 rd licensing server may need contact microsoft clearinghouse, explain them moving license new server, , allow install ts cals on new server.  after make sure reconfigure 2003 ts looks 2008 r2 rd licensing server using terminal services configuration (tscc.msc) deactivate/uninstall old ts licensing service.

it better use rds/ts fourm.
