Fine Grain PP help

ok have set , double checked using tutorials. on each domain user's computer have in pso there folder has shared folders of data off of server. when tried open shared folder said password had expired. problem: why did allow them log on computer if password had expired? allowed me reset same password. if go attribute editor on user shows correct pso in msds-resultant. if run net user command shows never beside "password expires". of users in pso in global group pso tied to. no expert in means. have kind of been thrown boss. appreciated.

it seems fgp policy worked,but password expiration determined default domain password policy.
